Can you do demolition only, without the full remodel?
Yes. Some homeowners and investors want to handle the rebuild themselves or with another trade, and we can provide demolition as a standalone service. We still protect the areas that stay and leave the space broom-clean and ready for the next phase.
How do you control dust during demolition?
We set up plastic barriers, protect floors, cover HVAC returns in the work area and keep doors closed or sealed. Where practical, we use equipment that reduces airborne dust. Daily cleanup keeps the rest of the house livable during the project.
