Should I repair or replace my roof?
If the roof is relatively young and damage is limited to one area, a repair is usually the right call. If shingles are brittle, granules are gone, or leaks keep appearing in different spots, replacement is often more cost-effective. We will show you photos of what we find and give a straight recommendation either way.
Can you match my existing shingles?
We can usually get close. Many common architectural shingle colors are still available, but weathering changes how the existing roof looks over time, so a brand-new patch may look slightly different at first. When an exact match is not possible, we discuss options with you before starting.
